About UL LIFE: The UL LIFE (Learning Is For Everyone) Program is a post-secondary comprehensive transition program (CTP) recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. This highly individualized certificate program is designed for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By combining the four pillars of UL LIFE—academic growth, independent living, community involvement, and career development—in a college environment, UL LIFE students gain the skills and experiences needed to become contributing members of their community.
